- Oversee development and implementation strategy for key capabilities
- Ensure alignment of development strategies with business objectives
- Provide technical oversight for quality and scalability
- Identify and mitigate technical risks and challenges
- Lead and mentor engineering teams, including hiring and performance evaluations
🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor’s or higher in Computer Science/Engineering or related field
- 5+ years managing Agile sprint teams
- 8+ years professional software development experience
- Strong communication and collaboration skills with engineers, stakeholders, and management
