Director Network Engineer

📋 Description

• Own architecture, design, deployment, and ops of Fleet's LAN/WAN, wireless, OT core and security
• Lead network planning from due diligence to commissioning across multi-site data centers
• Collaborate with engineering, construction, ops, vendors to integrate networks with DC systems
• Serve as technical authority for design decisions, risk, resiliency, and escalations
• Drive automation and scalable design standards for future campus growth

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's in Network Engineering/CS or related field, 10+ years in network engineering
• 8+ years in mission-critical data center environments
• Deep expertise: BGP, OSPF, IS-IS, VXLAN, VRF, routing/switching
• Experience with Cisco, Arista, Juniper, Ciena, fiber carriers, ISPs
• Automation: Ansible, ZTP, SDN, IaC; multi-region deployments
• Certs: ACE Level 5, CCNP/CCIE or equivalent
