📋 Description

• Design end-to-end product experiences across Klaviyo’s platform
• Translate complex workflows into clear, intuitive, well-documented solutions
• Design AI-assisted experiences that help users create, decide, and act more effectively
• Prototype and iterate using AI tools alongside traditional design workflows
• Apply Klaviyo's design systems consistently and contribute feedback to help evolve them
• Collaborate with PM and engineering from problem definition through launch, with a focus on clear

🎯 Requirements

• Excellent design craft with strong fundamentals in visual hierarchy, interaction design, and
• Ability to translate complexity into clear, polished solutions
• Experience working with design systems and applying patterns consistently across a product
• AI fluency. Actively uses tools like Claude, Cursor, v0, or similar to accelerate workflows and
• Prototyping mindset. Comfortable moving from concept to prototype to iteration, focused on learning
• Collaborative approach. Partners closely with product and engineering throughout the design
