Technical Project/Program Manager - AdTech & Media

📋 Description

• Own the daily execution of technical projects, ensuring scope, schedule, and budget alignment.
• Support lean sprint management with daily standups, prioritization, and milestones across offshore
• Translate high-level business needs into detailed user stories and tasks in Trello.
• Maintain sprint boards; flag blockers/dependencies to the Program Manager.
• Collaborate with engineering and QA leads to align with release goals.
• Report sprint progress, velocity, and risks to leadership.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of technical project/product management experience in software.
• Strong experience managing sprints/backlogs using Trello (or similar).
• Comfortable working with offshore engineering teams across time zones.
• Ability to write, manage, and prioritize detailed user stories and requirements.
• Familiarity with Agile and Lean methodologies in real-world settings.
