- The Payroll Specialist owns full-cycle, multi-state payroll in Rippling, ensuring accuracy
- Acts as payroll SME, handling internal tax compliance, new state registrations, 401(k)
- Supports payroll-related client needs and maintains documentation to improve processes.
- Collaborates with CFO on budgeting and strategic financial planning.
- Ensures compliance with federal, state, and local regulations across four pay groups.
🎯 Requirements
- 2+ years ownership running end-to-end payroll through Rippling
- 5+ years with US multi-state payroll processing and tax compliance
- Knowledge of multi-state payroll and tax considerations
- 401(k) plan administration and reconciliations
- Advanced Excel skills
