🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's/associate/technical cert or equivalent in engineering or related field.
• 2+ years in test, lab, quality, manufacturing, or product development.
• Experience executing procedures; document results clearly with traceability.
• Experience with common lab equipment and controlled test setups.
• Strong written communication for documenting results and observations.
• Preferred: hardware verification/validation, regulated environments, lab administration, QC
