📋 Description

• Implement and deploy state-of-the-art RL algorithms on humanoid robots (locomotion/manipulation)
• Prototype in simulation and transfer/fine-tune policies on the robot.
• Improve RL training pipelines for faster iteration and scalable distributed training.
• Mentor junior engineers and share RL and software best practices.
• Collaborate with robotics and hardware teams to diagnose system issues and enable complex learned
• Analyze hardware results to guide direction and demonstrate progress on company objectives.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years hands-on RL experience with frameworks like PyTorch or JAX and high-fidelity simulators
• Strong Python for prototyping and C++ for performant deployments.
• Experience with large-scale distributed training pipelines and optimization.
• Theoretical understanding of modern RL, including imitation learning, model-based RL, and
• Robotics dynamics and controls intuition; ability to apply principles to learning-based methods.
