📋 Description

• Define and drive a multi-year technical strategy for ad serving platforms
• Own scalability, stability, and performance of Roku’s ad mediation systems at large scale
• Shape product direction by understanding advertising business and monetization strategy
• Lead and grow high-performing engineering teams to execute roadmaps
• Hire, grow, and retain top talent; foster a healthy, productive environment
• Lead initiatives to improve developer productivity via tooling and workflows

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years building large distributed systems in dynamic, high-growth environments
• Proven track record leading senior and staff+ engineering teams
• Experience as a staff+ technologist on complex, low-latency backend systems
• Strong written and verbal communication; cross-functional leadership
• Experience fostering AI-first thinking within engineering teams
• Advertising domain experience is a plus
