- Lead the development of learning-based dexterous control algorithms for multi-fingered hand
- Bridge research and production software for reliable, scalable robotic control in simulation and
- Influence hardware design and contribute to software architecture across the robotics stack.
- Oversee sim-to-real transitions and production deployment of control policies.
- Mentor teams and set technical standards for architectural excellence.
- Drive the long-term technical roadmap for dexterous manipulation.
🎯 Requirements
- Dexterous manipulation expertise with multi-fingered hand control and hardware deployment.
- Advanced control and learning methods (reinforcement learning, imitation learning, etc.).
- Proficiency in Python; experience with real-time robotic software stacks (C++/Python).
- Experience with simulation environments (IsaacSim, MuJoCo, Drake) for policy training/validation.
- BS/MS/PhD in Robotics/CS/EE; 5+ years relevant robotics experience.
- Ability to reduce complex algorithms from research to production hardware; strong communication
