📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end delivery for complex, enterprise implementations (discovery through launch).
• Architect scalable, high-performance compensation models with data hygiene.
• Translate complex plan designs into structured configurations.
• Act as senior technical escalation point for internal teams and partners.
• Diagnose issues, drive root-cause resolution, and improve modeling patterns.
• Set quality standards with templates, QA checklists, and best practices.

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years total experience; 4+ years modeling complex incentive plans in ICM/SPM.
• Expert-level Excel modeling for large datasets; strong data intuition.
• Proven SaaS implementations in Professional Services or Tech Consulting.
• Experience navigating multi-stakeholder environments and tradeoffs.
• Deep understanding of implementation best practices and full lifecycle.
• Analytical, detail-oriented, curious, customer-obsessed; fast-paced env.
