General Ledger Accountant

📋 Description

• Responsible for accuracy and reliability of general ledger accounts across Entain Belgium entities
• Participate in month-end closings, reconciliations, cash flow monitoring, and tax compliance
• Collaborate with Accounting & Tax teams to ensure compliant financial reporting
• Carry out monthly and annual closing activities, including entries and reconciliations
• Support Accounts Payable on procurement and monitor payroll through to GL integration
• Assist in balance sheet analyses and variance reviews

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting/finance or equivalent experience
• Knowledge of SAP, Oracle, and BI systems; advanced Excel skills
• Proficient in English; French or Dutch is a plus
• 3-5 years accounting/tax experience; analytical and structured work style
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities
