• Lead onboarding for new media/partners, from config to launch.
• Provide hands-on API/integration support, including XML payloads.
• QA and launch-readiness checks for production readiness.
• Serve as first-line tech support for external partners.

• Communicate findings clearly to partners and teams.

🎯 Requirements

• Tech mindset at ops/tech/engineering intersection.
• Background in engineering, CS, or technical ops.
• 1–3+ years with external technical partners or similar.
• Comfort with API docs and XML/JSON data.
• Strong troubleshooting and documentation skills.
• Detail-focused, great written communication.
