• Offboarding across multiple international jurisdictions with focus on compliance and client
• Provide first-level Employee Relations support, guiding clients on workplace concerns.
• Collaborate with Lifecycle team to drive process improvements and automation.

🎯 Requirements

• HR Advisor/HR Business Partner experience across the employee lifecycle.
• Experience managing voluntary and involuntary exits with legal compliance.
• Strong interpretation of labor laws, issue analysis, and practical HR solutions.
• English proficiency; additional languages a plus.
• Proactive, autonomous, and able to work asynchronously in a remote, international team.
