📋 Description
- Support enterprise healthcare applications with focus on Epic Ambulatory systems/workflows.
- Ensure configuration, databases, interfaces, reports, and system functions remain reliable and
- Combine technical analysis, problem solving, and user-focused support to translate needs into
- Participate in projects, testing, documentation, and training related to healthcare IT systems.
- Collaborate with clinical, financial, administrative, and technical stakeholders for continuous
- Contribute to system enhancements and maintenance within an integrated healthcare environment.
🎯 Requirements
- Associate degree or technical program in business, healthcare, IT; bachelor's preferred.
- Minimum six years of experience with information systems in healthcare settings; Epic Ambulatory
- Epic Ambulatory certification preferred; other Epic experience welcome with Ambulatory cert within
- Experience with configuration, databases, troubleshooting, testing, reporting, interfaces, and
- Strong analytical, communication, and collaboration skills; ability to translate user needs into
- Clinical/financial/technical credentials (RN, MT, RRT, CPA, etc.) preferred.
