- Lead cross-functional programs across hardware, software, manufacturing, testing, and robot
- Coordinate teams across mechanical, electrical, embedded, systems, and operations.
- Define scope, milestones, resources, dependencies, and risk mitigation.
- Drive planning through execution and remove blockers to meet milestones.
- Manage technical handoffs to support delivery of components, robots, and software.
- Develop program management processes to improve efficiency and collaboration.
🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor’s in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, or related field.
- 3–5 years in engineering program management or technical program mgmt.
- 3–5 years with hardware, systems, autonomous systems, or related product dev.
- Ability to manage complex cross-functional programs in production.
- Strong technical understanding for both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Proven ability to work with senior leaders and cross-functional teams.
