Head, Order-To-Cash (OTC)

📋 Description

• Lead and manage high-volume OTC across all entities
• Oversee cash application, credit control, collections, disputes
• Revenue reconciliation and billing accuracy improvements
• Partner with stakeholders to align quote-to-cash for new launches
• Drive OTC process optimization and governance
• Oversee internal SSC OTC and external BPO with SLAs/KPIs

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s in Finance/Accounting/BA; professional qualification preferred
• 12–15 years in finance with OTC leadership in SSC
• Experience in finance transformation; AI/automation exposure
• Deep knowledge of credit risk, collections, billing, IFRS
• Oracle ERP and Power BI proficiency
• Strong leadership and stakeholder communication
