Retail Production Designer

📋 Description

• Own technical production for retail and packaging assets, including dielines, print-ready artwork
• Adapt approved creative concepts across different retailers, sizes, formats, SKUs, and technical
• Build and maintain organized production systems, including templates, specifications, file
• Collaborate closely with print vendors and production partners on materials, tolerances, printing
• Serve as a key production resource for designers and cross-functional stakeholders, answering
• Provide production support for retail and direct-to-consumer packaging initiatives as needed.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Production Artist, Production Designer, or similar role within
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop.
• Demonstrated experience managing high-volume production across multiple SKUs, formats, retailers
• Strong understanding of print production, including layout, typography, spacing, hierarchy, and
• Exceptional proofreading and quality-control skills, with an ability to identify subtle alignment
• Understanding of color management techniques and maintaining consistent color reproduction during
