Project Manager - RWA

📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end delivery of RWA initiatives and regulatory capital projects
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across Risk, Finance, Treasury, and Regulatory Reporting
• Develop and manage detailed project plans, milestones, dependencies, risks, issues, and
• Support Basel III/IV programs, RWA optimization, and regulatory remediation
• Drive data, process, and technology enhancements for capital reporting
• Prepare executive status reports and governance materials

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 8+ years PM experience in banking or financial services
• Strong regulatory reporting, risk management, capital planning knowledge
• Experience leading cross-functional, multi-stakeholder programs
• Familiarity with RWA, Basel III/IV implementations or remediations
• Excellent communication for executive-level audiences
