• Strong experience as a Scrum Master / Agile Delivery Lead in a technology delivery environment.
• Strong practical knowledge of Scrum and Agile delivery with pragmatic application.
• Advanced Jira and JQL capability with governance mindset.
• Strong Confluence and knowledge-management skills.
• Confident communicator who can coach, challenge and drive alignment.
• Practical experience using AI tools to improve reporting, governance and delivery efficiency.
