📋 Description

• Own production for retail and packaging assets to print-ready state.
• Adapt concepts across retailers, sizes, SKUs, formats, + reqs.
• Build organized production systems for templates, file structures, naming.
• Collaborate with print vendors on materials, tolerances, methods.
• Serve as production resource for designers and teams.
• Provide production support for packaging initiatives as needed.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years in Production Artist/Designer in packaging/retail.
• Adobe CS: Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop.
• Experience managing high-volume production across SKUs/retailers.
• Strong printing knowledge: layout, typography, color, file prep.
• Excellent proofreading and QA for alignment, copy, structure.
• Color management and consistent reproduction.
