📋 Description

• Shape strategy and evolution of healthcare payment solutions portfolio.
• Lead and develop a Product Management team across initiatives.
• Oversee payments portfolio spanning online, card-present, recurring payments, and card-on-file.
• Partner with executives to set priorities and communicate product performance.
• Collaborate with customers and internal teams to ensure customer-centered solutions.
• Develop go-to-market strategies and scale new products with cross-functional teams.

🎯 Requirements

• Education: Bachelor's degree required.
• 8+ years in product management, healthcare/B2B SaaS, Agile.
• Leadership: experience hiring, mentoring, and managing PMs.
• Product Strategy: proven ability to define vision and actionable roadmaps.
• Payments Expertise: experience in payment processing applications.
• Platform Experience: leading platform-as-a-service products and prioritizing APIs.
