• 5+ years product management experience with 2+ years building products for enterprise
• Track record of influencing with clear communication and driving outcomes via documentation or AI
• Experience interviewing users and leading customer discovery
• Experience building tools for scalable internal ops processes
• System-thinking across complex/ambiguous processes and data
• Entrepreneurial mindset with end-to-end ownership
