📋 Description

• Own the product direction. Set the strategy, outcomes and roadmap for Heidi’s clinical trials
• Work inside the workflow. Spend real time with investigators, research nurses and coordinators
• Map the whole journey, from study set-up and trial awareness through matching, consent, referral
• Make pre-screening safe to trust. Turn complex inclusion and exclusion criteria into workflows that
• Ship with design and engineering. Translate ambiguous clinical and commercial needs into crisp
• Build trust into the product. Partner with clinical, legal, privacy, security and quality so

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of product work in regulated or clinically complex environments.
• Passion for AI, shown through hands-on building, prototyping, or side projects.
• You do the work yourself. Run discovery, analyze data, write the doc, test workflows and unblock
• You move fast inside constraints; safety, consent and data integrity make the problem more
• You default to building over requesting.
• You're confident in your thinking and open to being wrong.
