Lead Program Finance Analyst

📋 Description

• Lead finance partner for a strategic program
• Partner cross-functionally with PM, Eng, Contracts, and leadership
• Forecasting, EAC, planning, and variance analysis
• Develop models, dashboards, and reporting tools
• Standardize processes and implement scalable financial tools
• Mentor junior team members and support strategic initiatives

🎯 Requirements

• Active U.S. security clearance
• Bachelor’s in Finance/Accounting/Economics or related
• 7+ years in finance at a U.S. government contractor
• Experience with FFP, CPFF, T&M, Cost Reimbursable
• Strong EAC, forecasting, and planning experience
• Advanced Excel; reporting solutions
