Program Manager - Network Infrastructure

📋 Description

• Manage day-to-day operational and tactical aspects of projects with limited direction
• Ensure engagement review and QA procedures lead to profitable, successful execution
• Align with customer goals and achieve satisfaction
• Minimize exposure and risk across projects
• Manage project scope and mitigate risks for the team
• Maintain knowledge of relevant networking technology areas and service offerings

🎯 Requirements

• BA/BS degree with 4-7 years of related experience preferred
• PMI certification preferred or other professional project certification
• Cisco CSE or other networking training/experience preferred
• ITIL Foundation or Six Sigma a plus
• Proficient with personal computers and MS Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio, MS
• Experience with PMIS/SharePoint and developing/supporting applications within PMIS
