Quality Control Supervisors ( QCS ) - Mechanical ( Welding )

📋 Description

• Supervise QC activities for mechanical, piping, structural, electrical, and instrumentation
• Ensure compliance with Aramco standards (SAEPs, SAICs, SAMSSs) and QA/QC plans.
• Review and approve ITPs, method statements, and material inspection reports.
• Conduct joint inspections with Aramco and prepare documentation for approval.
• Monitor welding procedures, NDT, coatings, and material traceability programs.
• Coordinate with construction for timely inspection and release of work.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
• Aramco Approval as QC Supervisor/Engineer (valid).
• 8–10 years QA/QC in oil & gas EPC, 5 years offshore.
• Strong knowledge of ASME, AWS, API, ISO, ASTM.
• Experience with offshore structures, piping, coatings inspection.
• Familiarity with Aramco QMIS/SAIC/ITP formats.
