Field Applications Engineer (FAE)

📋 Description

• Support strategic customer accounts by identifying technical requirements, researching appropriate
• Engage with prospects throughout the sales cycle to understand their technical challenges, provide
• Educate customers on post-quantum cryptography products, technologies, and use cases, including
• Translate complex technical concepts into clear value propositions for engineers, technical
• Document technical customer interactions and requirements through Q&A materials, statements of
• Identify milestones and integration requirements to close opportunities and transition customers

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related technical discipline preferred.
• 5–10 years of relevant Field Applications Engineering, Sales Engineering, or technical
• Experience with hardware IP cores, security software, embedded solutions, or related technologies
• Experience supporting complex enterprise sales cycles with sophisticated technical requirements and
• Ability to communicate the technical value of complex solutions to engineers and VP- and C-level
• Proven experience integrating, configuring, troubleshooting, and demonstrating technically complex
