Senior Technical Program Manager, Business Systems

📋 Description

• Lead cross-functional programs across Business Systems, Engineering, Product, GTM, Finance, and
• Own scope, schedules, risks, dependencies, and stakeholder alignment for successful delivery.
• Translate ambiguous business goals into documented system requirements for scalable solutions.
• Drive process improvements, streamline operations, and increase tool/workflow efficiency.
• Assess architecture, data, and integration impacts with engineering on scalable designs.
• Collaborate across diverse teams to connect systems and drive business impact.

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years in Technical Program Management or similar in a fast-paced SaaS environment.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s in CS or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Proven experience leading cross-functional programs across multiple systems.
• Hands-on experience implementing or integrating GTM tools within Salesforce.
• Experience with quote-to-cash processes (pricing, quoting, billing, order management).
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
