- Lead the hackathon program architecture and guardrails across events.
- Design, plan, and execute large-scale, community-facing hackathons.
- Align with government stakeholders and industry partners to ensure producible outcomes.
- Balance technical strategy with participant energy and engagement.
🎯 Requirements
- Strong hands-on technical background; experience designing/building multi-technology software
- Hands-on experience with UDS or similar platform abstraction/deployment frameworks.
- Experience engaging with government/defense stakeholders; ability to translate technical concepts
- Comfort with presales or customer-facing roles blending technical credibility with value
- Understanding of software delivery and platform engineering practices for air-gapped environments
