Staff Data Scientist

📋 Description

• Design and implement scalable and reliable approaches to support or automate decision making
• Acquire data by building SQL/ETL queries and import processes for S3, RedShift, and Spark storage
• Analyze data for trends and input validity by inspecting distributions and anomalies
• Build models using statistical, econometric, network, NLP, ML, genetic, and neural network methods
• Validate models against alternative approaches and business KPIs
• Collaborate with customers and teams to drive innovation and deliver tailored data science solutions

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of data scientist experience solving complex business problems
• Bachelor's degree with 8 years of experience or Master’s with 4 years
• 2+ years hands-on experience with generative AI technology
• 5+ years in algorithms/data structures, parsing, numerical optimization, data mining
• 5+ years Python experience to build, train, and evaluate models
• Customer-facing experience with excellent communication to non-technical executives
