📋 Description

• Perform biochemical characterization analyses of monoclonal antibodies
• Focus on primary structure studies using LC and LC/MS methods
• Support sample prep, data collection, analysis, and reporting
• Maintain documentation of assay development and qualification
• Contribute to reliable lab execution with records and PPE practices
• Work in biosafety level 1–2+ environments

🎯 Requirements

• BS or MS in Biochemistry or related field
• Basic amino acid chemistry and protein structure understanding
• Knowledge of LC and LC/MS methods
• Ability to perform minimal instrument maintenance
• Strong organizational skills
• Good written and verbal communication; maintain GMP-style notebooks
