• Work with operators to understand processes and pain points, translating them into technical

🎯 Requirements

• 0-2 years of software engineering experience with ownership of features or small projects.
• Strong communication and comfort working with non-engineering stakeholders.
• Experience with internal tools, workflow systems, or automation is a plus.
• Ability to write clean, scalable code with guidance and make good design tradeoffs.
• Curiosity and adaptability in ambiguous environments with a track record of shipping incremental
