General Stage Manager

📋 Description

• Call the show and run backstage tracks
• Lead and mentor the Stage Management team, recruit as needed
• Manage show documentation with all departments
• Supervise contingency documents and emergency procedures
• Implement artistic, acrobatic and technical adjustments per AD
• Plan training sessions, rehearsals, artist meetings (Tapis Rouge)

🎯 Requirements

• College Diploma or related experience
• 4-6 years in theatrical stage management
• 2-4 years live show calling with complex automation
• Calm under pressure; multicultural asset; tour experience asset
• First Aid/CPR asset; MS Office proficiency; English fluent
• French or other languages asset
