Job Description
📋 Description
- Set up and run laser CNC systems to cut high-priority samples for process development
- Collaborate with process engineers to evaluate, standardize, and support new processes
- Assist with writing SOPs and training technicians to release new processes
- Support and maintain good manufacturing processes and continuous improvements
- Communicate production status and issues to team and management
🎯 Requirements
- Associate's degree in a technical field, military technical training, or 3+ years of related
- Ability to perform tasks with high accuracy per procedure and proper PPE for safety
- No work restrictions: able to stand, kneel, reach, climb ladders, lift up to 50 lbs
- Willingness to work overtime, nights, and weekends to meet production goals
- Manufacturing or facilities experience is a plus
