Senior Platform Engineering Manager

📋 Description

• Lead Engineering Managers and Platform Engineers across multiple teams within Platform Engineering
• Deliver and improve internal platform capabilities for engineers and AI agents
• Develop managers and engineers, set area direction, and align priorities
• Shape roadmaps with Product and Security to meet internal customer needs
• Drive Internal Developer Platform, tooling, workflows, APIs, templates, and platform services
• Foster self-service, automation, and secure-by-default workflows for engineers and AI agents

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience leading across multiple engineering teams (Platform/Infrastructure/SRE/DevOps)
• Experience developing Engineering Managers and engineers, building high-performing teams
• Track record delivering platform capabilities or internal products at scale to boost productivity
• Ability to translate strategy into execution with clear priorities and measurable outcomes
• Experience shaping roadmaps with Product leadership and driving investment decisions
• Experience building internal developer platforms and self-service capabilities with
