🎯 Requirements
- Minimum 5 years underwriting experience with complex life insurance risk handling.
- Proven experience in high-net-worth insurance market.
- Life insurance signing authority CAD 5 million or more.
- Strong sales mindset and relationship skills to support growth.
- Working toward or has professional designations such as FALU, FLMI, or ACS.
- Knowledge of medical terminology and concepts; understanding non-medical mortality factors.
