Firmware HIL Engineer

📋 Description

• Test Automation & Python: tooling, CLI apps, pytest infra, hardware driver libraries
• Embedded Hardware: hardware/software debugging, logic analyzers/oscilloscopes, basic circuit wiring
• Infrastructure & DevOps: Linux CLI, systems admin on baremetal when needed
• CI/HIL concepts: diagnose flaky tests and maintain CI pipelines
• Experience with real hardware test labs and test benches

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years as software engineer with system architecture/implementation experience
• BS in CS, CE, or related field
• Proficiency in Python/Bash, pytest, and hardware driver libraries
• Experience building test frameworks for real hardware
• Comfort with JTAG debuggers and embedded target bring-up
• Linux systems administration and CLI proficiency
