Client Relationship Representative

📋 Description

• Collaborate with a team to deliver results based on goals created by tastyfx
• Act as liaison between team and executives to create synergy for RFED Business
• Assist in developing and directing the RFED business, and execute orders for US clients on FX
• Help clients with inquiries about positions, trades, statements, platform issues and payments
• Demonstrate active listening on each call to understand client needs
• Onboard new clients and ensure a smooth funding journey

🎯 Requirements

• 1-4 years of related industry experience
• Strong knowledge of financial markets and daily market events
• Excellent customer service and client engagement skills
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Prefer licensure: Series 3 and Series 34; willingness to obtain within six weeks
• Self-motivated, able to deliver measured results and build client relationships
