📋 Description

• Senior Product Designer on Degreed’s distributed, remote-first team shaping learning and AI-driven
• Own end-to-end design for features, from framing to specs, QA, launch, and impact in enterprise and
• Collaborate directly with engineers and product managers; lead customer feedback to inform design
• Extend and maintain the design system, deciding when to reuse patterns or justify new ones.
• AI-first practices: determine when UI is needed versus automating with AI; design conversational
• Collaborate to scope work, present in design reviews, and protect core interaction models.

🎯 Requirements

• Product design craft: frame problems from enterprise input and deliver scoped, buildable specs with
• AI-native design judgment: assess when outcomes should be observable or AI-driven, with awareness
• Prototyping: build near-functional prototypes (code or AI-assisted) to test directions early.
• Prompt engineering and technical understanding: assess capabilities/limits of AI, feasibility of AI
• AI tooling: use AI to prototype interactions and generate component variations.
