Supplier Engineer

📋 Description

• Lead supplier performance across quality, cost, delivery, and scalability.
• Collaborate with Contract Manufacturers and Product Development to meet manufacturing requirements.
• Evaluate, select, and develop suppliers; optimize processes for cost reductions.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor or equivalent in Mechanical/Manufacturing/Industrial Engineering.
• 5-8 years in engineering/manufacturing; 5+ years in supplier management and development.
• Experience with DFM reviews, SPC/DOE, GD&T, metrology, and data analysis.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Willing to travel 20-25% domestically/internationally.
