• Maintenance Tech role at Weinstein Properties in Charlotte, NC
• EPA Certification required; HVAC, electrical, plumbing, appliances, and carpentry tasks
• Complete work orders in occupied and vacant apartments; assist with turns/make-readies

🎯 Requirements

• At least 3 years of apartment/residential maintenance experience
• EPA Certification (Type II or Universal)
• Hands-on HVAC troubleshooting and repair experience
• Strong customer service mindset; ability to work independently and in a team
• Comfortable in fast-paced environment; able to lift up to 75 lbs; climb stairs/ladders
• Background check required

🎁 Benefits

• Pay: $22/hour (and up, depending on experience)
• On-call pay: $150/week; +$150 per holiday on-call
