Maintenance Technician - Indigo

📋 Description

• Maintain Indigo community units and resolve service requests daily.
• Use modern technology to prioritize tasks and assist residents.
• Turn apartments and complete basic repairs to ensure move-in readiness.
• Provide guidance and training to other maintenance technicians as needed.
• Support vendor quality and move-in/move-out inspections as required.

🎯 Requirements

• At least 2 years of maintenance experience
• Proficient in two or more trades (plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliances, carpentry)
• Flexible schedule, including evenings/weekends
• Reliable transportation for after-hours emergencies
• Ability to read, write, and speak English
