Test Lead - Banking/Capital Markets

📋 Description

• Lead and manage QA activities across projects and releases
• Define test strategy, test plans, and overall testing approach
• Ensure full coverage across functional, integration, regression, SIT, UAT, and end-to-end testing
• Coordinate testing across upstream and downstream systems
• Ensure deliverables are validated, tested, and signed off before production deployment
• Monitor defects, risks, test progress, and release readiness

🎯 Requirements

• 8-12 years of working experience leading QA teams in transformative banking/capital market
• Strong experience managing end-to-end testing across integrated systems
• Experience working in high-availability and mission-critical environments
• Experience with vendor selection technology procurement
• Technical: SDLC, STLC, Agile, Waterfall; functional, integration, system, regression, and UAT
