Lead Engineer – Virtualization

📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end VMware Cloud Foundation deployments from planning through production readiness.
• Design and configure management/workload domains, SDDC Manager, and Bring-Up processes.
• Configure core VCF technologies: vSphere, NSX-T, vSAN, Aria Suite.
• Collaborate with architects on VCF design blueprints and capacity planning.
• Drive Day-2 configurations: NSX security policies, AVNs, vSAN policies, monitoring, and automation.
• Troubleshoot VCF issues across compute, network, storage, and management layers.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 7–10 years in virtualization/cloud infra; 3+ years with VMware Cloud Foundation in production.
• Deep expertise in SDDC Manager, NSX-T, vSAN, vSphere 7/8, VMware Aria Suite.
• Full VCF lifecycle experience (Day-0 to Day-2, patching, upgrades, certificates, integrations).
• Strong infra automation: Terraform, Ansible, REST APIs, PowerCLI, Python, Bash.
• Experience with multi-site VCF and networking; AWS/Azure hybrid-cloud support; Azure VMware
