🎯 Requirements

• Bachelors in Engineering/CS/Data Science or related; or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 5 years in data, digital, technology, or product delivery in global contexts.
• At least 2 years of experience leading or coaching teams.
• Strong business/domain knowledge in industrial/logistics or asset-intensive settings.
• Proven ability to influence diverse stakeholders and translate tech concepts into business value.
