📋 Description
- Design and develop new insurance products, rules, coverages, and enhancements
- Lead state expansion by building and launching pricing models for new states
- Own research and proposal of new products, rules, coverages, and enhancements
- Own end-to-end rollout from pricing analysis to launch and post-launch monitoring
- Leverage AI and machine learning to enhance pricing accuracy and analytics
- Collaborate with actuarial, product, and compliance teams for regulator-ready features
🎯 Requirements
- 5+ years of insurance product development experience; auto experience preferred
- Proven ability to build or launch insurance products or pricing enhancements
- Experience supporting state expansion and regulatory readiness
- Hands-on AI/ML application to pricing, underwriting, or risk workflows
- Strong regulatory modeling and multi-state compliance knowledge
- Ability to translate market research into pricing/product recommendations
