📋 Description

• Build and scale the data and AI platform behind Change.org
• Collaborate with PMs to translate opportunities to scalable solutions
• Lead batch and real-time data pipelines for reporting and ML use
• Evolve data/ML platform architecture and governance
• Mentor engineers and drive architectural decisions

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years software eng with distributed systems/dataplatforms
• Hands-on with Kafka, Spark, orchestration, streaming
• Cloud-native infra: AWS/GCP, IaC, containers
• Production data/ML experience, reliability and observability
• AI infra fluency: embeddings, LLM eval, agentic workflows
