• Own the architecture for the Journey team at scale
• Design the decision engine, experimentation layer, and channel orchestration
• Set technical direction across a multi-vendor stack
• Own the unified message ledger and productionize AI personalization
• Collaborate with marketing, CX, product, and patient teams

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of software engineering experience
• Staff-level or equivalent experience
• Built high-volume, event-driven comms platforms
• Fluency with multi-vendor delivery stacks
• Experience with experimentation infrastructure
• Exposure to LLM-powered systems in production
