📋 Description
- Lead and build capabilities for the Forming discipline across the country group.
- Provide Forming expertise to OI North America facilities and drive process, productivity, and
- Influence plant managers and supervisors to implement GMF best practices and improvements.
- Collaborate with Engineering, Mold Design, Glass Science, Furnace, Quality, and Machine Repair
- Lead regional and global network meetings related to Forming discipline.
- Support startup, commissioning, and stabilization of new equipment and product introductions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent; trade/mechanical preferred
- 10+ years of experience in the technical area; strong process knowledge
- Proven leadership and ability to influence improvements
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Glass plant experience preferred
- Strong computer skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); Enablon experience is a plus
