📋 Description

• Lead portfolio of high-capacity donors and prospects
• Aim for initial $2–$3M annually through cultivation, solicitation, stewardship
• Develop proposals, impact reports, donor experiences to boost engagement
• Build pipeline from mid-level to major gifts with leadership team
• Design leadership giving to develop mid-level donors
• Create personalized donor journeys based on capacity, interests

🎯 Requirements

• Undergraduate degree or equivalent
• 6+ years in fundraising with annual/major giving
• Expertise in donor management and high-level engagement
• Proven ability to generate revenue growth
• Experience managing fundraising professionals
• Strong planning, project management, prioritization
